"Ladies and Whatamacallits" (レディースアンドなんとかさん Redīsu ando Nantoka-san?) is the fourth chapter of Volume 6, and forty-fifth overall of the SHY manga series.
Summary
Spirit saves everyone before they could be caught up by the impact of the car crash she herself caused, and apologizes bashfully by saying that they are closer to their goal, at least. The group notices, however, that they are being ambushed by many zombie-like civilians, so Ai Tennoji uses a secret ninja technique to take them out of their sight. They need to keep going without bumping into them, and Shy thinks about using the train lines to arrive at the tower quickly and without problems.
Lady Black questions on Ai's constitution, and as she finds out she has been injured in the heart, she decides to carry her all the way in her back. While they are walking on the railway, hey stumble upon Keheheh Kekerakera, who introduces to them a trolley problem: the trolley she is sitting on starts moving and it's full of innocent passengers. The heroes must quickly save them before it's too late.
