SHY is a generally story about self-hatred. At first, SHY is about how a shy person can save herself. Now, it is a story about how that person can break out of her shell with a little help from another. Maybe one day, SHY will become a story about how she can save others besides herself... At least, that's what I think.
Synopsis
In the middle of the 21st century, the world was on the brink of World War III. But superheroes from across the globe appeared and helped bring an era of peace. With the crisis averted, the Heroes returned to their home countries where they now help with domestic matters. This is the story about the young Japanese heroine named "Shy"...

Afterword
Thank you for buying the volume 1 of SHY. You must be wondering why I'm writing by hand on this page. That's cause I got a huge complex about my handwritings. In other word, this is sorta like a self-comment, where I'm basically telling myself "you won't have any chance to be shy anymore from now on, so might as well embarrass yourself as much as you can now." Or something like that. Lastly, I'd like to thank all the people who have helped me getting this far. I would have never made it without you guys. So for that, I am sincerely grateful.
Purchase Bonus
When buying the first edition of the volume in certain stores, fans could receive a bonus postcard or other type of merch (mini shikishi, bromide, etc.) featuring an exclusive illustration of various characters. The bonus was different depending on the shop.
